The sensor MFS100 enables the three-dimensional measurement of low-frequency, magnetic alternating fields with the Fieldmeter FM10. An isotropic measurement is possible through the overall field strength computed and displayed from the three orthogonal components. That is, the correct field strength value is displayed independent of the direction of the sensor in the magnetic field.
The sensor possesses a coil surface of 100 cm² according to DIN 0848 for measurements as per the Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz (BimSchG) (Federal Pollution Control Act) and the Berufsgenossenschaftlichen Regeln (BGR) (Industrial association regulations). The frequency range is adjusted to the TCO guideline.
